How Youth EE Works

1. One or more people (pastors or church leaders and students) attend a Youth EE Leadership Training Clinic. We call them clinics because they are more than just a series of lectures and classroom training. They also include OJT (On-the-job training) During OJT you will go out into homes or in public places with teens who are trained to show you how to get into a Gospel presentation, and lead someone to Christ on a one-to-one basis, in a non-threatening way. Clinics also differ in that we provide several varying methods of interactive training, which makes the learning a more interesting and enjoyable experience The clinic is like a 4-day crash course. At the clinic you will learn the Youth EE Gospel presentation, share with others during OJT and learn to teach it to your students and adults in a 13-week semester. After completing the 4-day clinic you will be certified as a Teacher Trainer and may implement this ministry in any church or youth ministry in the world.

2. When you get back to your church or youth group, you will implement Youth EE in a 13-week semester, (one night a week) which includes classroom training and OJT for your adult leaders and young people. During the 13 weeks they will learn the Gospel presentation and how to share their faith with others, a little at a time. Unlike the clinic, the 13-week training is done in increments, so everyone can learn at their own pace and feel comfortable while learning to share their faith with others. Some people may take more than one semester to finish the training.

3. During each semester of training your young people and adult leaders will feel more and more at ease when sharing their faith with friends and family. Many will come to faith in Christ as a result. But it all begins with the clinic training for adult leaders as well as student leaders. If you have some key students or volunteer leaders who are interested in going to a clinic, they will be highly affected by what takes place at the clinic, and they will be a great asset in getting the ministry off the ground when you get back home. Teens bring an enthusiasm and excitement to every clinic and to every 13-week semester. Youth EE helps to dissolve the fear of witnessing in their lives forever.
