What is a Launch Clinic?

HIGHLILGHTS:

• The primary materials will be presented in DVD form.

• Extreme interaction throughout the training.

• The Gospel presentation is geared primarily for people who are Generation X and younger. Generally, Gen-Xers are in the 25-40 age group, but XEE is highly popular with teenagers.

• No lecturing. Youth Leaders will be “facilitators”, using the DVD’s as their guide.

• Preparation for the Youth Leader will be fast and uncomplicated.

• Former three-day clinics will now be two-day Facilitator Launches, and much less expensive.

• One workbook for students and leaders.

• The Gospel presentation is enhanced and “story driven.”

• Although on-the-job-training is a fundamental part of all EE training, today’s young person is more enthusiastic about sharing their faith in a completely relational approach, with friends and work associates, etc. Therefore…

• The new On-The-Job-Training (now called "Connect Activity") is structured in a highly relational manner.
